How to File a Claim
Email us within 30 days of your expected delivery date.
Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
For damaged items, attach clear photos as supporting evidence.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or full refund. We reserve the right to refuse claims where insufficient evidence is provided.
Shipping Protection must be added at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively to existing orders.
